Can we bring in our own vendors; caterer, photographer, DJ etc.?
Of course, we believe this your day so you call the shots.
Do we need to schedule a showing or can we just show up?
We ask that you give us a call ahead of time to schedule a showing.
Who sets up and cleans after?
We do it all other than those personal touches that you choose to bring.
Is alcohol allowed?
Of course, all we asked is that it be served by a licensed bartender and served out of the saloon
Are we required to get event insurance?
Yes, and Triple J Ranch must be named on your policy.
Do you have tables and chairs at the venue?
We do! And we set them up for you.
Do you have an onsite kitchen?
We do not have an onsite kitchen.
May we bring in our own décor?
Of course, the venue is eloquently decorated and you are welcome to use what we have here as well as bring in what you wish to personalize your special day.
Are there things that are not permitted?
Burning candles are not allowed (per our insurance coverage), confetti and small items spread on the tables, synthetic rose petals, smoking other than in designated area, and pets.
May we have our rehearsal there?
Do you have heat and AC
Much of this venue is outside, all the buildings do have heat and AC except our beautiful barn from the late 1800’s.
Are we able to set up for our event the day before?
Unfortunately we often have back to back events so we are not able to allow this.
